The
Two Minute Release Technique is an
abbreviated EFT based protocol.
You
are going to stimulate the flow of energy
through a number of your body's main meridians
by touching the points or tapping on them very
gently.
Whilst
you do this, think about something that is
causing distress in your life or simply focus on
the feelings of hurt, anger, pain or other
negative emotions that may be troubling you.
It
helps to say out loud what kinds of feelings you
wish to release as you go through the sequence
to focus your mind and thus, all the systems in
your body as well on the problem so it can be
treated there and then.
